We do all the packing & shipping ourselves, you are not buying from some faceless warehouse crewed by the dammed and captained by a man so evil that hell himself spat him back out… basically if it get’s really busy we can sometimes take a day or two longer than normal.
UK orders are sent via Royal Mail and usually arrive within 3-5 working days from receiving your dispatch email. If you’ve ordered something small, like a T-shirt, these usually can squeeze through the letterbox so no need to worry about missing a delivery. If it’s something larger you’ll want to use a delivery address where you know someone will be there to answer the door.
International orders are sent by whatever local courier is in your country.
Shipping on all UK orders over £65 is free. Orders under £65 will be charged a flat rate of £3.51.
Shipping on international orders will be charged at a flat rate of £24 (unfortunately we had to increase this from £13 as many couriers have increased costs significantly) and usually takes 7-21 working days for delivery and you may be charged import/customs fees depending on your countries regulations.
Returns
If you’ve ordered the wrong size or item, we can exchange/refund any item returned in as new condition within 21 days of delivery. Items sent back after 21 days are not eligible for refund or exchange.
If we’ve fucked up and sent the wrong item or size, take a picture, email it to us at shop@upthehoe.com with the subject line “You fucked up…” and we’ll get it sorted for you.
